Mission:

The facilitator will primary mission: the implementation of objective documents of Natura 2000 site:

• Control, technical implementation and management of Natura 2000

records • Performing diagnostics of natural areas.

• Coordinates the missions entrusted to subcontractors, experts, consultants, associations, chambers, etc..

• Organising consultation with stakeholders.

• Ensures the organization, animation and the secretariat of the steering committee and various working bodies (small steering committee, working committees, town meetings ...).

• Ensures also communication, information, advocacy and dialogue with all external partners.

• Watch website to track the various projects or assignments and ensure their coherence with -vis issues of biodiversity.

The facilitator will come on time to support the animation of the CFT Country Seine and Tilles. This task will be related to its monitoring role of the coherence between Natura 2000 and the various tools present on the territory:

- Watch the impact of the actions of the CFT on biodiversity (the creation of forest access, tourist ... ).

- Proposal for the administration environmentally friendly forest.

- Participate in the development of theme trails

Profile:

• Level (or degree) bac +2 minimum

• Knowledge naturalists and technical management of natural areas are essential.

• Good knowledge of plant sociology.

• Knowledge of office tools, databases and mapping systems valued

• Autonomy in the organization of its work,

• Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and dialogue

• Held in reserve duty: neutrality and / or reduction in the expression of personal opinion (even outside the place and hours of operation) so in not influence neither the administration nor the proper functioning of public service.

Background:

The Community of Communes Pays de Saint Seine (CCPSS) is very involved in conservation issues environmental and sustainable local development. Indeed, it has implemented a first Charter of forest land (CFT) which will be continued and extended to the whole country and Tilles Seine in 2011. CCPSS is also the host structure of 4 Natura 2000:

- FR2600958: Media forest, grasslands and marshes of massive Moloy La Bonière and Lamargelle,

- FR2601002: Forest ravine at the source of tufeux the Ignon

- FR2600960: Massive forest Francheville, Is-sur-Tille and Laverottes.

- FR2600957: Media forest, meadows and lawns Valley Suzon.

To carry out its various missions for the environment, wants to strengthen its workforce CCPSS (1 full time now) on the animation of the Natura 2000 and the CFT. The successful applicant will work closely with the person already in office.
